the happiness of teaching is when I know my students can improve their ability and their knowledge could be useful for their future.
the last when I know they can enlight their environment by using their ability.

the sadness.
when I know my students don't have intention to study, the become lazy.
when I know my students don't have spirit anymore.
they do nothing to make some improvement.
